2. About Our Services

Eddyson CS Lab provides independent educational support in computer science, including:

• •Exam Accelerator programmes;
• •Private coaching and tutoring sessions;
• •Study materials and educational resources;
• •Related educational services published on the website.

We are an independent education provider.

Eddyson CS Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, sponsored by, or associated with the International Baccalaureate Organization, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or any examination board unless expressly stated.

All trademarks, examination names, and educational programme names remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a programme, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and accept these Terms on your behalf.

4. Eligibility

You may purchase services only if:

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided during enrolment and for maintaining current contact details.

5. Programme Information

Programme descriptions, schedules, fees, learning objectives, and delivery formats are published on our website.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, minor administrative changes may be necessary. Any material changes affecting an enrolled participant will be communicated promptly.

We reserve the right to modify schedules, instructors, or programme formats where reasonably necessary.

6. Educational Nature of Services

Our services are educational and advisory in nature.

We do not:

• •complete assessed coursework on behalf of students;
• •write examination answers for students;
• •impersonate students;
• •facilitate academic misconduct;
• •supply confidential or restricted examination materials;
• •guarantee examination grades, admissions outcomes, or academic results.

Students remain solely responsible for the submission of all assessed work and for compliance with the rules of their educational institutions and examination boards.

7. Payments

Programme fees are displayed on the website and confirmed before purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Prices presented at checkout constitute the final price payable by the customer, including any applicable taxes where legally required.

We reserve the right to change prices for future enrolments. Price changes do not affect confirmed purchases already paid for.

8. Consumer Rights and Distance Contracts

Where applicable, consumers residing in the European Union may have statutory rights under consumer protection laws, including rights relating to distance contracts.

Where a consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal, information regarding:

Students receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Our total liability arising from a particular service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that service.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• •serious illness affecting instructors.

Where possible, affected services will be rescheduled or alternative arrangements offered.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts determined in accordance with applicable Polish and European Union law.
